Zelensky believes that it is possible for Ukraine to start negotiations on admission to the EU this year

Kyiv [Ukraine], February 4: Ukrainian President VolodymyrZelenskiy assessed tonight that it is possible for Ukraine to start official negotiations on admission to the European Union (EU) this year.
"There is agreement that it is possible to start negotiations on Ukraine's accession to the EU during this year," said Zelensky in his address after the Ukraine-EU summit held today in Kyiv.
Zelensky said that it can be said that Ukraine is making progress towards its goal.
The President of the European Council, Charles Michel, and the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, were in Kyiv.
